Start by talking a little about your training leading up to the event.  Did you continue your typical programming or did you make adjustments?

I really did not change any of my training program except I followed Comp Train 3 months leading up to the event with a co-worker of mine.

What we’re you most nervous or excited for going into GameDay?

I was most nervous about the 3 rep front squat due to this being my first competition coming back from back surgery but was very excited and the concept 2 bike workouts.

What was your favorite part of the weekend?

My favorite part of the weekend would have to be how you guys stopped the event for the individual podium prizes and how we stopped the event to cheer for Brock. Amazing moment.

What advice do you have for new competitors?

My only advice for the new competitor would have to be just have fun and go hard.
