GAMEDAY DIVISION STANDARDS

Below are some general guidelines for choosing a division. These are NOT set in stone and are subject to change at our sole discretion.

INDIVIDUALS will need to perform most of the outlined movements – like, 90% of them. Some movements will not show up on competition day and there will be some unlisted movements that pop up as well. We sometimes surprise Rx athletes with some new movements and wrinkles. SCALED will get everything up front, no need to stress about that!

TEAM athletes will have room to hide some gaps (even in the Rx division). That means there will be opportunity for team members to step up and specialize in some movements. Not every team member will need muscle ups for instance.
