Championship Movement Guidelines 2017

Alright gang! Registration for the¬†GameDay Championship is right around the corner. We aren’t going to release all of the workouts before registration opens, so here are some guidelines to help you choose the correct division.

This competition is going to sell fast, don’t miss out on our biggest event of the year because you can’t decide on a division! You are going to have fun NO MATTER WHAT ūüôā so don’t stress over a movement or two that might not be 100% in your wheel-house.

Barbell Movements (working sets):

Deadlift

  • Rx –¬†275/185
  • Ma 35+ –¬†225/155 ¬†
  • Sc –¬†185/125

Clean & Jerk

  • Rx – 155/125
  • Ma 35+ – 135/85
  • Sc – 115/75

Snatch

  • Rx – 135/85
