TEAM WORKOUT 1
FOR TOTAL COMBINED WEIGHT:
Each athlete’s heaviest successful 5-rep lift will be combined for a total team weight.
Just like our the first GameDay Championship back in 2015, Teams will start off at the bar in 2017! Exact same workout, but the order has been flipped. This year the boys will go first with the gals closing out the workout. Teams will have 12:00 total for each member to record a heaviest 5-rep, touch-and-go style deadlift. The score will be the combined total of heaviest successful lifts each athlete completes within that time.
