3-PERSON TEAM COMPETITION

The Minnesota State Sports Expo and GameDay are making GameDay Minneapolis an event to remember. The expo will be held Saturday, June 9th and will feature a ton of stuff to geek out over fitness-related (and of course, a GameDay competition).

ALL CHIPPERS!

Yep all the workouts will be chippers. There will be quite a crowd at the expo so we want to make it as viewer friendly as we can!

As far as movements go, we will be pulling ideas from the stuff going on at the expo. Get ready for strongman, powerlifting, oly and so much more in your 5 scored events for the day. Spread the word! We can’t wait to see you in Minneapolis.

Workout 1:

Workout 2:
All Divisions – AMRAP Calories
Concept 2 Row + Concept 2 Bike

These 2 workouts will happen at the same time. At 3-2-1-go, athlete 1 will start on the jump rope while athletes 2 & 3 work on the rower.

Once athlete 1 is done with the jump rope, lunge and jump rope again athlete 1 will start on the bike. At that point athlete 2 starts the jump rope, lunge and jump rope while athlete 3 works on the rower and athlete 1 is on the bike.

When athlete 2 gets to the bike, athlete 3 starts on the jump rope, lunge and jump rope. Time for workout 1 is when athlete 3 completes the final jump rope rep.

All 3 athletes will continue working for calories on the bike until time is called for workout 2.
